Welcome to the home page for the research group of Jeffrey L. Collett, Jr. at Colorado State University.
Dr. Collett is a Professor in CSU's Atmospheric Science Department. Our research includes studies of cloud and fog chemistry, aerosol particles and their impacts on visibility, and aerosol-cloud interactions. Our work has been sponsored by the National Science Foundation, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, the National Park Service, the Department of Energy, the California Air Resources Board, the U.S. Forest Service, and the Office of Naval Research. Professor Collett teaches classes in atmospheric chemistry, air quality, air pollution measurement, and introductory meteorology. Prof. Collett and Prof. Sonia Kreidenweis direct the CSU Atmospheric Chemistry Program.
