Biosketch
My research focuses on developing advanced instruments and measurement methods for greenhouse gases, air pollutants, and reactive nitrogen to facilitate effective policymaking.
During my Ph.D. work at Princeton, I developed open-path sensors for ammonia and nitrous oxide using mid-infrared spectroscopy. Those sensors enabled fast and accurate flux measurements to study greenhouse gas emissions and reactive nitrogen deposition. I also developed advanced mobile measurement methods to quantify methane emissions.
At CSU, I have been working on ammonia deposition over forest areas and volatile organic compound emissions related to oil and gas activities.
